Well, after reading on Reddit about the Chipotle secret menu and their quesorito, and never being there when it was dead enough to try to order one (I don't want to be rude about ordering something as crazy as that during a lunch rush), I have decided to make my own. Now, my version of it was not as big as the one that I could probably get at a Chipotle (I left out the rice and beans because I was lazy), but if the Chipotle version tastes anything like mine, it is something to both be feared and respected.
Instructions on how to make one:
Ingredients:
*2 burrito tortillas
*Beef (preferably steak) or chicken
*La Mexicana salsa (find it in the produce department of your local grocery store
*Wholley Guacamole (also in the produce department)
*Sour Cream
*Cheese
Step 1: Make a quesadilla like normal using the burrito shells and some of the cheese, and once that is done, set it aside on a plate
Step 2: Heat up the meat that you used (if you're like me, then you would have used one of those Tyson chicken strip or steak strip bags, and thus, they only need to be heated on a skillet for about 5 minutes)
Step 3: Place the sour cream, meat, cheese, guacamole, and salsa on top of the quesadilla
Step 4: Wrap it like you would a burrito (my method is to tuck in the two ends and then roll it length wise)
Step 5: Marvel at the monstrosity that you have made and eat it
